I’m New Here

What Should I Expect?

When do church services start?

Church services start at 10:00 AM every Sunday morning.

We start off with about 30 minutes of praise and worship, led by our singers and musicians. Our songs have a contemporary style. Our main goal during this part of the service is to truly worship God. During this time we also pray for one another. After praise and worship, kids are dismissed to their classes, and we have a sermon that lasts from 30 to 35 minutes.  At the end of every service, we sing one last song, and usually dismiss no later than 11:45 AM.

What should I wear?

Our dress is primarily casual. You’re welcome to dress up, dress casually, or just wear jeans and a t-shirt.

Where are you located?

We are located at 4650 Ridgewood Rd. East, Springfield, Ohio.

Do you have child care available during church?

Yes, Childcare for newborn through 36 months is available throughout the entire service each Sunday. Children ages 24-36 months may also attend the preschool class according to their parent’s discretion.  We also have classes for preschool children (ages 3 to 5), Kindergarten to 5th grade, and 6th grade to 12th grade.

For more information on each of the classes please see our Children’s Ministries page.

*Please Note: Each Sunday, all children ages infant – 3rd grade, who attend Sunday morning classes, or are left in the nursery, are required to be registered and signed in/out by a parent or guardian.  Children who are left in the nursery need to be registered at the nursery.  All other children need to be registered at the Children’s Ministries registration table in the main lobby (preferably before worship starts at 10 AM). Families sing & worship together in the Sanctuary before children are dismissed to their classes (with the exception of those children who are in the nursery).

What are the sermons like?

The sermons are Bible driven, with an emphasis on finding the relevance in our daily lives. Often times we will do a series through a book of the Bible or a certain topic important to the Christian life.

Check out our Sermon Archive, to listen to past sermons.

Is the church handicapped accessible?

Yes, there is handicapped parking and access at the North entrance of the church.

Do you have hearing aids available for those who are hearing impaired?

Yes, we do. Please stop at the Welcome Center, by the North entrance, for help.
